Salary: Between £20,000 - £25,000

The main aim of the role is to manage the bar service to a consistently high standard, ensuring that the bar staff provide an excellent service which exceeds customer expectations.
Reporting to: Food & Beverage Operations Manager
Responsible for: Bar Staff
Main Responsibilities
Manage the Bar service to consistently high standards to exceed customer expectations
Support the Food & Beverage Manager by working to exceed sales and revenue targets
Ensure your team maximise all sales opportunities
Deal with any escalated customer queries to a successful resolution
Responsible for the accurate management of all transactions during service
Manage stock levels, complete monthly stock takes.
Complete weekly orders for all bars throughout the hotel.
Ensure all cellars/beverage storage areas are kept clean and tidy and well organized at all times.
To have a clear understanding of market trends and offer up costed ideas for menu development of drinks menus throughout the hotel.
Work closely with drinks suppliers to ensure we are receiving the best available service, products and prices.
Act as a role model for your staff proactively looking for things to do in quiet periods – direct them to do the same through leading by example
Manage, train, develop and coach team members.
Any other duties as directed
