Items will be held for up to 30 days from the date they are found.
After 30 days, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of as per our policy.
We are not responsible for any perishable items or items left unclaimed after the holding period.

If your item has been found:
We will notify you via phone or email with details of the recovery.
Items can be collected in person from our hotel reception during business hours.
You will be required to show valid identification (e.g., photo ID) and provide a description of the item to verify ownership.

For those unable to collect in person, we offer a shipping service. Please note:
Shipping fees will be applied based on your location.
You must provide a shipping address and cover the cost of shipping upfront.
