Our chefs keep things seasonal and unfussy — locally sourced ingredients, comforting classics, and a few refined touches that make every plate worth lingering over. The perfect way to end the day before sinking into one of our rooms for the night.

Arriving in time for lunch before your spa afternoon?
Resident guests are welcome to enjoy lunch in Stables, with a relaxed menu of salads, pizzas and light bites available to order on the day.
There's no need to book a table.
Most of our overnight spa breaks include dinner and breakfast. Lunch is optional and not included.
