Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any area of the hotel to ensure safety and avoid false fire alarms. A deep cleaning charge of £200 will be applied if evidence of smoking is found in your room.

Please review the fire evacuation instructions on the back of your bedroom door. Note that our fire alarm is tested every Wednesday at 11:00am for approximately one minute.

Some windows have restrictors for safety. Please avoid unhooking them unless necessary, especially if children are present.

Please collect a towel, and locker key from reception, you are able to change in the pool changing rooms.

Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area

No access to the outdoor facilities is included.
